Kudo's to TMMI taking action against the malicious smear campaign that has gone on unabated for so many years. What has taken place for so long is nothing short of criminal and I hope the people responsible are finally held liable.
IHUB is continuing with it's appalling censorship of responses to "Smitty's" cheap shot at management for taking this action. I for one applaud TMMI for taking action against these creeps and hope TMMI gets justice for the damages caused.
"Smitty" thinks that the first amendment and free speech allows one to spread false and misleading information. He apparently is oblivious to the legal ramifications of Defamation ...
