All the while taking great losses, not a good inve

All the while taking great losses, not a good investment play. Not to mention "other" stocks going in the same direction or now delisted. This one may be different via company ownership, but results the same. Success or failure of stock holders success is soley on management. Has nothing to do with any manipulation. Wasn't there a stock holders meeting recently or is that still to come? Financials??
