couple that with *known* YOY *high* created mid last August .. (19c)
and it's just one reason why .. i've noted for the last month that PTOI (stock)
is being turned ..
i call this >> colluding entities >> took her too low .. which is ironic considering
*crew* almost lost that 20c (19c high) *marker* .. courtesy of those 5 and 10
year permits issued to P2O (company) by NYSDEC last July and August
should be a very revealing upcoming few weeks ..
