Since penny traders are the most nervous people on earth- more nervous than a mad hatters pet bat (the mammal) I would remind that Fridays,especially in the summer and holidays -are traditionally poor days for pps and thus should not be reflective of pps 'going forward' (1 of humans stock phrases)
without any insider knowledge all i can say is that the cloud/hindrance posed by previous debt and the debt associated with setting up this deal has now been lifted (unless theres been substantial new debt due to setting up this deal but there shouldnt be) and i dont know of any other reason why the deal wouldnt go through-but in every stock i've seen it always seems to take longer than the company thought it would -thats the nature of the beast- dealing with real world delays-as we all do in our lives also
