It's amazing how so few understand the basic concepts of what it means to be a shareholder in a public company, and the obligations that a public company has to its shareholders. Some shareholders who don't understand the basics will get angry, defensive, and downright nasty when other more knowledgeable shareholders ask the the company to step up and do a better job of providing accountability to its investors.
Every board on the internet has its trolls who sling nursery school insults and try to bait others into mud fights. I pay as much attention to it as I would to a grade schooler shouting a "Yo mamma" insult from the playground.
