$TPAC I just did a quick search of otcmarkets. Not so long ago a few individuals on ihub launched a fake press release for NSEH. It was removed from the newswires - just for one example of what happens in the case of fraudulent release. A cursory glance shows that releases are still on both companies news pages. See links below. TKR has enough money to have the release on their page removed in expedited fashion.
