Sadly, the regulators know what is going on and look the other way unless it serves their best interest not to. The regulators should be facing charges imho for they have allowed naked shorting to rape small investors and drive small companies under while setting themselves up for cushy overpaid future employment. Captured they are. Go NTEK!!!
