I thought that the last 2 sentences in MD's email were hilarious.

(ck probably means check)  I believe MD is fed up with this crap.  Eventually he will handle their slanderous statements in court.  I presume he is quiet with investors since he cannot give out info unless it has already been made public.  I would assume folks are asking him to disclose info individually that is still in the works or not yet public so he cannot really respond.  It would be a waste to respond individually.  I suppose he could put out another update PR to address the concerns, but this just feuls the negative campaign.  It does give us investors info, but I would prefer to see results as I can wait for results to come.  

Now the negative conjecturists are another story and he should be dealing with them, which is why he is responding to them.

Btw, I don't think some of the bashers work for MM (i.e. naked shorters).  I think they work for Elkind, Lagone and/or possibly Steve White.
