42% bounce rate isn't high considering Netflix's is 30%.
When many people go to a site to check it out for the first time you can expect that bounce rate to be higher, and, when investors go there just to see if new content is added that will effect the bounce rate as well.
I would say that the 42% compared to the 30% means Ultraflix is at an appropriate level.
