Vegasandre, look at it this way. Without audited financials, all it took was one jerk making a call to OTC, and the pps went from 30 cents to 15 cents in one day. So yes, it's a big deal.
Besides, when that gets finished, everyone will KNOW that an uplisting is about to happen. That too, is a big deal.
