I don't think so

Purchasers of securities offered pursuant to Rule 506 receive "restricted" securities, meaning that the securities cannot be sold for at least a year without registering them.
As long as MSRT remains current in its filings, it is six months, not a year from what I understand.

I guess we will have to agree to disagree.
Companies relying on the Rule 506 exemption do not have to register their offering of securities with the SEC, but they must file what is known as a "Form D" electronically with the SEC after they first sell their securities.
RegD is an exemption from registration and all RedD 504 and RegD 506 shares I have ever purchased came without a restrictive legend.
it is considered investment stock and "should" be treated as such but there is no restricted legend and can be deposited as common free trading shares

Rule 506 is a Federal exemption from registration. Only registered securities can be free trading.
Under Rule 144, Rule 506 shares are eligible to be free trading after six months as long as the issuer remains fully reporting.
There was a time before 2008, before Rule 144(i), where some shady promoters were abusing the Texas/Minnesota "accredited investor" 504 State offerings for non-reporting issuers. The stock was free trading not under Rule 504, but under State law.

You must have been purchasing boiler room paper from shady pinksheet mining companies then. All pinksheet loop holes were basically closed with the introduction of Rule 144(i) in 2008.
