They have spun off at least 3 companies over the l

They have spun off at least 3 companies over the last 18 month I think and there have been no S1 files for any of them. I think there was one where they just voided the whole divi. So no I am no longer confident they will follow thru. Why should it take a month after the divi went into the accounts? They should have had it ready to go, as far as the previous ones its been months and months.
