United is correct! If BIG is selling he's selling at a loss. His average is over .03 on the original restricted. I'm not sure about the other shares he holds but it too would be at a loss. People need to get the facts straight, NTEK IS DILUTING! I'll say this, most people know I'm not an advocate of continued dilution in fact it pisses me off BUT for them to continue to this at these prices tells me they must be so confident in the future of the company that temporarily mortgaging the company will return a massive benefit far outweighing the short term pain we're experiencing now. I wish they'd pr some of what they're holding back soon though.
