A couple of observation regarding the unemployable social outcast who goes by the name "smittystocks". It is becoming very apparent that he is now not only espousing the clearly Demented One's agenda, but he is taking on the legal issues for them as well. Not a very smart move on his part.

If there is one thing the Demented Ones have shown a knack for, it's their uncanny ability to attract the flakes around TMMI and give them a reason for being.

"Smitty" may want to ask his "handlers" about what the Bankruptcy Court of California confirmed in June of 1999 and how the confirmation impacts their "case".

"Smitty" may also want find out how the funds were raised to pay Iterated for the now outdated and virtually useless VDK 2 code.

"Smitty" may also want to ask why all the shell games when TMMI was corporately reinstated in late 2005.

"Smitty" may also want to confirm that in fact, it was his "handlers" who insisted on bringing in HP as a FULL DEFENDANT and the judge ruled in TMMI's favor on bringing in HP as a NOMINAL DEFENDANT.

"Smitty" may also want to ask his "handlers" if they considered how HP would look upon their being brought into this case and the "advertising" of their "BEING SUED!!" by the company that TMMI has launched action against to protect the proprietary rights that ultimately saves HP the hassle and expense?

So many questions, so few answers....
