Well, the company is not going to communicate the details of any deal until the ink is dry. One reason is that the bashers will do anything to derail any deal as best they can and second, investors impatient to hear more details hurt any finalization of a deal by calling those companies constantly.
Lets get one thing straight, anyone who doubts an announcement from NTEK in regard to a company like Sony, Samsung, Vizio or Paramount ought to have their head examined or exit the position ASAP. OTC companies do not make announcements unless they have the nod from those other companies and if they made any, and I mean any shit up, they would be hung out to dry. Period.
The dilution of late was to secure the HUGE content deals we will be hearing about before the SHM. Yes, it has sucked, but well worth it for the future of Ultraflix. Bashers try to downplay all the Ultraflix adds and logos showing up across the country, but anyone who knows anything about business is that those companies are advertising Ultraflix for a very good reason. The want the public to know that when they buy a 4K TV, they have instant access to hundreds of hours of 4K content and they know Ultraflix will feature Hundreds if not thousands of "A" list titles come this Christmas season when the 4K push really comes. Everyone loading at these levels will be sitting very, very well soon enough.
