IT's NOT DILUTION! IT'S EXPANDING THEIR BUSINESS!
This news that you are waiting to drop...
HOW DO YOU THINK NTEK ACQUIRED SUCH VALUABLE CONTENT, and HAS BEEN EXPANDING THEIR BUSINESS SO MUCH???
WITH SHARES! The OTHER OPTIONS, LIKE TOXIC DEBT, ARE MUCH WORSE!
NTEK is Making Smart Business Decisions! If NTEK ANNOUNCES that they have USED ALL THE SHARES TO ACQUIRE SOMETHING, that is WORTH MORE THEN THE SHARES!
That Means That there HAS BEEN ZERO DILUTION! Yet all this talk makes people think that they are simply diluting the Stock and not using the shares to expand!
Many People here SEEM NOT TO KNOW WHAT DILUTION IS!
Dilution means that they are just printing more shares and acquiring nothing. That could not be farther from the truth!
If a GOOD DEAL COMES ALONG and they HAVE TO PAY IN SHARES to DOUBLE the VALUE OF THEIR BUSINESS...
That is Called Smart business, not Dilution!
Everyone says IHUB has people attacking NTEK, and it is true their stuff is baseless. But repeating False Rumors Here, needs to stop. 2 Subjects very specifically!
1.Please stop asking NTEK to share more with shareholder's (in turn also sharing the same information with bashers and all their enemies!) This is brought up on here at least 10 times a Day!
2. Stop accusing them of Dilution, unless you know what the shares where used for, because there is a BIG DIFFERENCE BETWEEN DILUTION, and Using Shares to Expand your Business (Most Companies, INCLUDING NASDAQ and NYSE COMPANIES DO THIS)!
Also, don't be so Naïve, you do not really think that the IHUB BASHERS, just stopped coming here do you?
There are Fake Longs among us. Peole who CRITICIZE NTEK BUT PRETEND THEY CARE, is just as effective, and another form of Bashing!
I am not mentioning anyone specific... but you guys should notice, and don't believe people's share count, just because they said so...
