8k today shows WOLV still eliminating debt and raising funds itself-still had some debt after the previous major retirement of debt- major announcements are usually not made during such a period so the retirement of debt and raising money is/was perhaps taking longer than expected?
WOLV's retirement of their previous debt -and debt incurred as part of the build up to partnership w Enigma was forecast by previous 8k's etc
