Anybody notice that for a long time now , every time the PPS of CTIX drops below $2.50 its not long before it POPs nicely above it before slowly drifting down again ? Small group of patient flippers ? or core holders trading some to get their core "Free on board" ? Whatever , Its called TRADING. So whatever WORKS GLTU
