, which will become Innovativ Media Group, Inc. http://innovativmedia.com/ ("Innovativ" upon approval of the name change by FINRA, announced today that as part of the capital re-structuring in connection with the Innovativ acquisition the Company will be decreasing its authorized common stock to 9,960,000,000 shares and its Series B Preferred stock by 89% to 10,000,000 shares.
The stock re-structuring shall be effective upon the filing with the Washington Secretary of State.
