In between deleting teutonic13 and middle man posts (things are so slow at Ilied they need to come over here and post ridiculous comments) I read the recent article by Mason Godric seen here...[

In this article he is calling out the Conservative party and letting everyone know their agenda has been very clear from the beginning.
I now suspect IMO that the company has much bigger plans then a license from HC to grow pot in Canada.
Why would Cen want to do business in Canada with this current environment of corruption and norrow minded leadership? There has to be something much better in the works and I still believe that could be the Ukraine.
Grow in the Ukraine, ship around the world and dispense high quality MMJ. The vertical integration model has likely been built in the background already given all the clues all over the internet.
The spin out will likely be timed with the release of Giddy Up and good stock promotion. All this can happen very soon IMO.
This is just speculation but every bit of DD I've read seems to make this the most logical route.
As a Canadian I'd be happy to see HC, the Lakeshore and G&M in court for the next 5 years answering for their actions. Ambrose shitting all over the Supreme Court decision will not help their defense given the fact that it was a SUPREME COURT DECISION!! In country terms the Supreme Court is like God decided
