I mean I can't imagine the total holdings of that board are much more than that number. Even back in the good old days that was a small percentage of the pie, but now diluted to 1B+, the entire board could dump their holdings in one day and it would have minimal, if any, impact on the share price.
So I'm not really certain why they choose to live in some sort of protected bubble. Even collectively, they are but a mere blip on the radar of NTEK from a shareholder perspective.
