FORT WORTH, TX / ACCESSWIRE / November 7, 2014 / Firemans Contractors Inc. (OTC: FRCN), a Franchisor and full-service General Contractor providing professional services for commercial and government clients, today announced that it has voluntarily filed a Form 15 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), in order to suspend its reporting obligations under Section 15(d) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Upon such filing, the Company's obligation to file certain reports with the SEC, including annual, quarterly, and current reports on Forms 10-K, 10-Q and Form 8-K, respectively, will be immediately suspended. The Company is eligible to suspend its reporting obligations because it has fewer than 300 record holders of its common stock.
