This is the same Micah Eldred that has been suing Kyle Kennedy at Seafarer for about 7 years because Kyle would not break SEC rules and remove the restrictions from Micah's shares since he was a principle in the company. I guess since Micah could not do a pump and dump with that company he's trying it with his own company where he controls all aspects. All the shares are held by Micah and his VP and he is the only Market Maker for EXPL which means he can set his own price on the company that he owns. That all looks pretty terrible from the investor standpoint. But a cash machine for Micah.
Also, I see he is probably paying Smallcapsmarket and buccaneer to post positive comments on his company and bash Seafarer. SCM and bucc both have personal issues with people who are linked to Seafarer and are trying to get back at them via iHub bashing. This is really not looking good for investing in this company.
That's a really expensive boat they have pictures of on their website. But their assets are not nearly what they need to be to have a boat like that. I'll have to look into their operations more.
