Pershing Resources Begins Pilot Mill Testing

Pershing Resources Company (OTC PINK: PSGR) announced that it has begun testing its pilot mill at a facility near Kingman Arizona. The Company took delivery of a sonification unit, crushing circuit and other equipment in early May and, has largely completed assembly of a pilot mill. Testing will take sixty to ninety days and will involve processing runs of 25 to 100 pounds at a time. Once testing and adjustments are complete the pilot mill's capacity can be scaled up to 1 ton per day and eventually increasing to 5 tons per day. The Company will report on yield results as warranted.

Pershing Resources Company (OTC PINK: PSGR) announced that it has completed an extraction and recovery testing program on ore from its Marco Project Claims in Northern Nevada. The extraction and recovery testing program was conducted by Simple Recovery Inc. and Copper State Analytical Laboratories in Prescott, Arizona. Lab testing yielded an average recovery rate of 0.416 ounces, (11.79 grams), of precious metals per ton of leached and heat processed ore. CSAL ran a number of tests on each sample to confirm recovery rates using different methods. The work took several months and was done to establish the most effective extraction process to incorporate into a mill circuit. Data regarding head ore assay values and extraction test results will be posted in coming weeks on the Company's website.

Pershing Resources Company (OTC PINK: PSGR) announced the results of their sampling program on its Marco Project Claims in Northern Nevada. The Company established an average assay of 0.374 ounces, (10.6 grams) of precious metals per ton of head ore. Results from the sampling program were confirmed and certified by Copper State Analytical Laboratories in Prescott, Arizona. Copper State Analytical established the values on head ore and certified the results on 12 sets of surface samples from GPS logged locations on the Marco property. The Company hired Simple Recovery Inc., a mining contractor, to establish an independent chain of custody. Surface samples were collected by Simple Recovery personnel from an area of the Marco property encompassing approximately 400 acres. The samples were then brought to CSAL for assay, analysis and, extraction process testing late last year. The Company directed that several tests be run on each sample set to confirm the ore values using different methods and to establish the best extraction process and effective steps to incorporate into a proposed mill processing circuit. Further analysis is pending to determine the best process to extract ore values. More detailed data regarding the ore values and test results will be published on the Company's website in the next few weeks.

Using new technology, initial analysis shows surface values of gold and other precious metals on the property. One pre-existing drill hole was also tested and showed matching values to depth of 380 feet. A second pre-existing drill hole of similar depth was discovered some distance from the first. The second drill hole was also tested and showed matching values to a similar depth.
