Energy Services of America (the "Company" (OTC: ESOA), parent company of C.J. Hughes Construction Company and Nitro Electric Company, announced today the filing of the Company's quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2015. Energy Services earned revenues of $20.9 million and $44.0 million, respectively, for the three and six months ended March 31, 2015. Gross margins were $1.3 million and $3.4 million, respectively, for the three and six months ended March 31, 2015. Net loss available to common shareholders was $272,000 and $485,000, respectively, for the three and six months March 31, 2015. The Company had EBITDA of $467,000 ($0.03 per share) and $1.5 million ($0.11 per share), respectively, for the three and six months ended March 31, 2015. The backlog at March 31, 2015 was $55.0 million.

Energy Services of America Announces Additional Financing Arrangement

Energy Services of America (the "Company"(OTC: ESOA), parent company of C.J. Hughes Construction Company and Nitro Electric Company, announced today that effective February 27, 2015, the Company entered into a $10.0 million revolving line of credit financing arrangement with United Bank, Inc. This arrangement is in addition to the prior $8.8 million refinancing agreement reached between the Company, United Bank, and Summit Community Bank (West Virginia) in January 2014 and replaces the $5.0 million revolving line of credit financing arrangement between the Company and United Bank dated May 30, 2014.

Hughes Construction Company and Nitro Electric Company, announced today the filing of the company's annual report on Form 10-K for the year ended September 30, 2014. Energy Services earned revenue of $93.3 million for fiscal year ended September 30, 2014. Gross margin and income from operations were $8.5 million and $2.2 million, respectively. Net income available to common shareholders, which included tax benefits of $2.3 million, was $3.3 million. The company had EBITDA of $5.5 million, or $0.39 per share, and earnings per share of $0.23 on 14,239,836 common shares outstanding. The backlog at September 30, 2014 was $51.8 million. Net income available to common shareholders, which includes estimated tax benefits of $2.3 million, is estimated at $3.3 million. The company projects EBITDA of $5.6 million, or $0.39 per share, and earnings per share of $0.23 on 14,239,836 common shares outstanding. The projected backlog at September 30, 2014 is $51.8 million. Energy Services expects to publicly issue final earnings numbers on December 18, 2014.
