is pleased to announce that, further to the entering into by Oban Mining Corporation (TSX:OBM) ("Oban" or the "Company" of binding letter agreements dated June 8, 2015 (the "Binding LOIs" in respect of the proposed acquisition by Oban of each of Eagle Hill, Ryan Gold Corp. ("Ryan", Corona Gold Corporation ("Corona" and Temex Resources Corp.
