I hope they are sill negotiating. The initial deal was a piece of one sided shit. Maybe I have been too hard on Rauber. Maybe he put the brakes on this deal. Maybe he looked it over and realized its a one sided shit deal. Maybe he is re-working the deal so that RKT bears some of the costs. Maybe....
