I've kept quiet, for the most part, reading both sites and wow, the insanity of it all. Just sayin'.
Anyway, I contacted the OTC Pink regarding the stop sign. I thought it was just because of the symbol thng, but I was wrong. Here is the dialog:
Question asked through OTC Contact us:
"I have a stock - TYTND - that went through a reverse split effective April 4, 2012. Before the split, it was Pink current. A few days after the split it went to "Pink No Information" with the stop sign. Can you please explain why this might happen. My assumption is when the symbol went from TYTN to TYTND, the corp info doesn't move over. Am I correct, or is there another reason."

Angel,
The company has not yet posted its annual report for December 31, 2011 which was due by the end of March.

The previous financial report was more than 6 months old. It is a symptom of the additional time that companies have to post their annual report (90 days) as opposed to quarterly reports (45 days.)
