cage rattling refers to masters' minions *bombarding* this board
many may have noticed their *appearance* >> again .. correlated
to CANT's *appearance* on PTOI's bid
certain dirty (aromatic) whales >> were *responsible* for triggering threshold
in 2012 (10 days vs the 5 days re: *set up* of 2011)
and CANT was the *vehicle* utilized in 2012
personally i suspect this is the *original* crew via CANT ..
my take is .. *if able* .. recognizing *final* oppty to reset that 52 week low set
last Oct @ 5c via another *colluding entity* out of LONDON
which is why *imo* the last block via that 1M cert is being *hoarded*
trying to *wait* out both the 12,500 daily >> re: settlement
and of course next round of *volume* undertaken
if they work the same patterns as previously done re: PTOI
you'll see a feed go off to CANT .. @ 8c .. with the then requisite UC on ask
to 081 - 083 (approx)
with a *reset back* on UC ask
that will then be worked back DOWN .. mid 7s to 7 by EOM (if able)
with final oppty on offer to *reset* 52 week YTD low .. (again if able)
if P2O's extends 8.1.15 deadline

it will be beyond *amusing* if the 3rd buyer of P2O >> becomes the first
and so there is no confusion .. 3rd buyer imo is NYS
i believe RH referred to this cluster as a northern state ..
