NMA VALIDATES SUNERGY - REMOVES WARNING
I took the time to do a little DD (imagine that) and received this email from the NMA. I felt it worth sharing to all.

After we published the Press Release on Sunergy, the company, through its local representative, provided us with copies of their certificate of incorporation and certificate of business registration issued by the Registrar General, confirming that Sunergy is registered as a business entity in Sierra Leone. The release was therefore removed from our website.
Please note, however, that the above only clarifies the status of Sunergy as a registered business in Sierra Leone. It is not an endorsement or recommendation for you, or anyone, to do or not do business with the company.
As a rule, the NMA does not recommend individuals or companies to Investors. Investors are always advised to exercise due diligence when making investment decisions.

There have been rumors and reports that this warning has since been removed. Is this true? Is Sunergy Inc. Now operating legitimately in Sierra Leone? I have been an investor so any information that provides clarification of these reports and rumors would be most appreciated.
