Buying now (if you are fortunate enough to get a trade in) you are averaging down. Over the past year my average pps went from 0.015 to 0.007 for 5M shares as I have been in TECO now for 5 years. One ONLY incurs losses when they SELL at a lower pps than they bought. Otherwise....it's only on paper.
