I've been to both of the previous two SHM. No business of a governance nature was conducted. I'm not sure of the procedure to force such action when not previously noticed. I guess it might be possible if enough shareholders or their proxies were on hand for direct action to be taken. Interesting point you raise. I do think that Peter should be given the chance to meet his own deadline for the 100 movies. Right now he seems to be suffering from CHLS (Cool Hand Luke Syndrome) - "a faiure ta communcate". His SH letter notwithstanding.
I do wonder if even NTEK management recognizes where they sit. We're told that great things are coming, but they are required to be silent because of NDAs. Sometimes that can be turned around to your benefit. Even with big boys and girls (hereafter, bb&g). It might be time for NTEK to remind the big folks that NTEK has something of great value to them and that public disclosure needs to be made, like now. I suspect that even bb&g need to be reminded that there are benefits to both sides in the negotiations. NTEK may well be in the driver's seat. NTEK has something others want and so NTEK has got to be of a mindset that they are willing to get up from the negotiating table and go on to the next company showing interest and make a public statement that it is doing so. All it takes is management with big brass ones.
