Soros Fund Management LLC, the family office of billionaire investment guru George Soros, disclosed in a regulatory filing ( SC 13G ) with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) a 5.32% (17,666,666 shares) passive stake in Cypress Semiconductor Corp. (CY).
Brokerage firm Morgan Stanley recently initiated coverage on CY shares with an Overweight rating and a price target of $15.00
CY will announce its second-quarter 2015 financial results on Thursday, July 23, 2015.
