That's why you bring down the AS and OS the same. Then there is no blank check for dilution after any RS. Understandable why so many freak out about any RS. Most company's bring down the Outstanding shares only and truly do screw current shareholders by issuing a freshly stocked bank of Authorized shares.
Just went through another company that did a 1 for 150 RS. Everything was equal, no room left for dilution. The only problem is now were going to the NASDAQ. I hate it when that happens.
I want Joel to do whatever is best for the company. He is looking out for the shareholders. He is the only one that has a grasp on the big picture of what is going on and where we are headed.
