as i thought titanium is the only regular metal i believe to need furnace higher than 3000 degrees- which is why titanium was used to build the SR71 Blackbird ca 1964 to withstand the friction temps produced at the then record breaking speeds
so either nat gas or electricity produced from such could produce steel in ensenada
