Hi everyone! Just stopping by to say hello and to

...houses visualization/restoration technology for scanning and converting films into UHD digital format, and then commercially distributing those films to Giant Screen format theaters, OEMs and UHD broadcasters. To date, we have converted the following four films: Adrenaline Rush, Alaska: Spirit of the Wild, Amazing Journeys, and Bears and they are all currently being distributed for UHD broadcast.
We have signed agreements and, at our wholly owned subsidiary MPSS, we are in the process of scanning three films: Dinosaurs: Giants of Patagonia, Kilimanjaro: To the Roof of Africa and Zion Canyon: Treasure of the Gods. We are also currently in negotiations to acquire the 4K rights to additional Giant Screen format films. We will monetize and leverage our scanning facilities, opening them up to the marketplace for other entities seeking scanning and restoration services. Lastly, we plan to develop and produce original 4K and 8K content through joint ventures and investment
Surprisingly, they have licensed some content to DirecTV and Nanotech's UF, and they just appointed a new CEO (Amilya Antonetti) and new President (K. Bryce Toussaint) as shown in the latest 8K.
I've been watching it for a while, but I haven't taken a position yet; the latest 8K was a great move by the company (google Amilya) and could be the trigger point for me to start a position. The 10K will be most likely released next week.
What I like about it:
OTCQB
AS: 200M
OS: 27M (but it may already be in the 50-60M by now)
Its subsidiary (MPSS) just inked an agreement with Domicile NYC (Greg Passmore)
It seems oversold
Let's see what develops.
Cheers!
