Hi everyone! Just stopping by to say hello and to show you this information. I found this stock (VGTL) that is aiming to capitalize from the increasing demand of 4K content (sounds familiar?), and I quote from the latest 10Q:
Surprisingly, they have licensed some content to DirecTV and Nanotech's UF, and they just appointed a new CEO (Amilya Antonetti) and new President (K. Bryce Toussaint) as shown in the latest 8K.
I've been watching it for a while, but I haven't taken a position yet; the latest 8K was a great move by the company (google Amilya) and could be the trigger point for me to start a position. The 10K will be most likely released next week.
What I like about it:
OTCQB
AS: 200M
OS: 27M (but it may already be in the 50-60M by now)
Its subsidiary (MPSS) just inked an agreement with Domicile NYC (Greg Passmore)
It seems oversold
