i know why you post but even master can recognize when *volume* of significance
was last done
even with the wash trading embedded and endemic .. anyone who wanted *out*
of PTOI .. *sold* in Jan 2014
that is 18 months ago ..

PTOI's *cover* with monies transferred .. indy BoD seated .. and uplisting out
of the OTC cesspool (process will run from *now* into to Fall 2016 *imo*)
has a cover of $20.00 to $40.00 based on 6 years of bogus BS
just waiting to see what the *%s* show with *threshold triggered* on PTOI for a 3rd time
