I think the biggest question for us is how much is the NTEK management invested in the common stock price. Are they holding their shares in expectation for huge returns, or are they selling with expectation of further dilution or an R/S? We don't know this, either scenario is feasible. Based on NTEK's past, I would venture to say they will buyback and increase common stock value when they are profitable, but that was under DF management, Pete has not stated his plans with the share structure, so it is almost blind faith with this management. The last shareholder letter said they are "proud" of their long shareholders, but it unfortunately doesn't address plans on Share Structure.
