Yes. The fraud part is something I can't wrap my head around. Mr. Bordynuik defrauded investors, and both the SEC and OSC nailed him. As part of the settlement with the OSC, Mr. Bordynuik admitted his intention was to deceive investors. The man is a swindler...yet he says he invented the world's most commercially viable pyrolysis process and investors don't even consider that he might be lying??!!
But penny stock investors don't mind. They're willing to trust that a dishonest man will look out for their best interests and that this swindler will somehow appoint an honest man has his successor.
This is the world of penny stocks--investors trust swindlers and distrust anyone who points out that the fairy tale might not be all it's cracked up to be.
