that was a forward looking statement that did not come in to fruition in the anticipated timeline.
If you buy now or before the sec filing for the cbscientific spinoff is released you will get in at a better price, imo.
once news released with official date , FWDG will run. However I don't recall ever seeing a completed valuation for CBScientific, so it could be further out than I think.
