This is what our place look like today. Steady progress and it's really starting to take the shape of a beach side restaurant! Dry weather = good conditions for concrete work. However, the drought is also causing big problems for some islands where animals have died and governments have put a two hour window for usage of city water. Here in Sint Maarten however, we have a desalination system in place which very effectively turns the ocean water into perfectly clean drinkable tap water which we will serve for free to those patrons that do not want to pay for bottled water. Besides, it's not like the ice machine makes "Evian Ice"... smile emoticon
