My radar says there are additional reasons for the abrupt resignation, which I wouldn't be surprised to see the 2014 quarterly filings needing to be amended. The lack of commentary in the PR from Bob S. is telling me he was forced out. Typically when a CEO resigns or retires they put in a quote from the outgoing CEO.

IMHO shares need to hold at $.05 and the audited financials need to be filed ASAP. The company is leaving investors flying blind in what they own. Not a good situation to be in.
