Based on the 8K and volume restrictions he could be looking to cash out some shares. The market should be able to handle 100,000 shares per week so it is not really a concern.
I am interested in why the Main Ave credit card has an over-limit balance. Is there cash flow issues?
A lot of questions surrounding the resignation and short on answers. If he was the fall guy for the financials not being filed timely I could understand. My radar says there are additional reasons for the abrupt resignation, which I wouldn't be surprised to see the 2014 quarterly filings needing to be amended. The lack of commentary in the PR from Bob S. is telling me he was forced out. Typically when a CEO resigns or retires they put in a quote from the outgoing CEO.
Need to find an industry experienced executive to take over the reigns and grow the business.
IMHO shares need to hold at $.05 and the audited financials need to be filed ASAP. The company is leaving investors flying blind in what they own. Not a good situation to be in.
