I don't think it will go that low. I suspect that there are many disappointed flippers. Keep in mind there is lots of negative sentiment out their in the stock market and some of the sentiment is going to impact the pennies. The negative sentiment combined with plethora of unknowns will shake weak hands to the core. We are simply seeing weak hands exiting. The question is whether it is strong hands picking up or is it yet more flippers trying to predict the future.
In the big picture, we should not be expecting to run until we are within a few weeks of the first filing. At that point, people are going to get antsy as to what might be in it. So, if the End of September is truly the next filing date, then two things are true:
(1) we see oscillations between now and mid September.
(2) the accounting team is probably swamped with reviewing, modifying and releasing old records so that the first 10K is a clean break from the past and a solid beginning for continued SEC reporting.
That is it. If they can deliver on those fins by end of September, we are in great shape.
