I agree with Celtics. This is a good buying opportunity providing the company is doing what we all think they are doing.
1. Better efficiency
2. PIMD
3. Rapimed
4. Added more state licenses
5. Diabetic Program
6. Possible new pharmacy
7. As far as we know: Positive revenue this year & Positive Revenue last year
etc...
Taking a step back...these are ALL very good things. Most Pink Sheet Companies don't report etc.. Most don't have an auditing company doing their books. The fact that SCRC is paying a company to audit the books means they are behaving legit. In my opinion---wait for it---to legit to quit. (I know, that was pretty awesome.)
As far as former CEO Bob goes. The CEO is always the one that takes the heat. Price is down, delayed financials, etc... It could have been a very mutual thing to resign as well. In the latest news feed, the acting CEO Ettinger, stated he's expecting the financials to be completed in the near future.
All that said, if they are doing what they say. SCRC looks like a steal of an investment.
If you sell now, you lose. If you hold...then you lose nothing and retain the potential for profit or loss. If you buy...you lower the average investment and gain potential to go up or down.
I'm holding and am gonna buy more this week. Good luck everyone.
