I respectfully disagree. Attacking through the courts is a long and expensive process that will yield little result. There will always be bashers. The fastest way to defeat bashers is to discredit them with progress and accomplishments.
We all know the only way to discredit them is to pass the evac, proving flights and achieve certification.
Unfortunately, these delays only feed the bashers. I don't blame bashers for a low share price. In the end, Baltia is accountable for their own delay and eventual triumph.
