Hiring a pack of lawyers is inviting a malicious infestation of money-hungry individuals into your coffers. Want Baltia to run out of capital quickly? Sure, hire even a couple of lawyers and watch their cash dwindle. And then guess what? They need to issue more shares to pay for the next step. Hiring a lawyer is like $500/hr in most cases. I'm not sure where Baltia has the cash on hand to be able to afford starting an airline and fighting with bashers at the same time.
The bashers don't matter. You guys overreact to the share price. We're all disappointed in the share price, but we're dropping because nothing's happening. The bashers may have a little to do with it, but not nearly the same effect as us sitting and waiting.
The reason they're called unrealized gains and losses is because they're not actual gains or losses until you sell. People who have done their research do not sell because goldmind says 6,000 times there's no mini-evac. They sell because they're tired of waiting and they either need the money for something else or have become extremely skeptical and doubtful. I really think people here give the bashers too much credit.
We all know that the current price sucks. No one is disputing that. And bashers definitely are incredibly annoying and I'd love to see them eradicated. I'm sure there are a few people that do sell based on things they read from the bashers, but those people are selling paltry numbers of shares. No one's dumping because they read one of goldmind's posts. But people like you, and me, and everyone else that doesn't have their ear to the ground with everything Baltia are waiting for actual verifiable news to act on. When we miss even theoretical deadlines like "we expect to be in proving flights by the end of June", THAT'S what kills us. Now it's just waiting. Stocks go up or down based on news all the time. But when there's no news, stocks don't go up. Nothing to do with the bashers.
