pesquero implied Brad was forced to buy CWRN and that most of Bobs equipment was rented and that there wasnt enough market to sell the fert and that Brad was somehow limited by the suits he inherited and that Bob had been selling shares and Brad had no legal responsibility to keep holders informed of every twist and turn
so I answered

How was Brad forced to buy CWRN???

If what both shorters and longs have said is true pesquero sold his stock ca 2011-and then became cwrn's worst basher- only reason Brad would feel it necessary to get involved is if he was a large stockholder.

and port games were holding up shipments- if such port suit was won just after Bob sold as we understand then that was lucky for Brad.

It was my understanding Bob bought the cat 740 trucks-probably used- we know he bought later excavators=we saw the pics etc.

Why would Bob buy the very customized expensive trommel and its intended Terex 400 loader-both received May 19,2012 as per dated pics etc- to process the 200k tons of 0-1mm byproduct, if such byproduct could not be substantially sold ??

Bingos 9-8-12 post said fert was worth ca 3 times more than then iron prices -which then bottomed at ca 87/ton

a ship was publicly planned for August 2012- but they learned an iron ore export permit would be required for the fert to the USA-and they DIDNT HAVE a USA export permit and couldnt then get one because as bingos posts said the July 2012 Mex presidential elections were contested in court and thus all permitting was frozen followed by a lame duck govt which de facto prohibited obtaining a USA export permit in 2012.

and port was blocking regular shipments until port lawsuit was won so thats what forced Bob to sell.

what does Ca suit have to do w it- all of Geos claims were heard and dismissed in Texas case.

To my knowledge Bob is still prosecuting the Ca case and didnt turn that over to Brad. Prior dd by various longs etc showed
Geo tried to involve Brad in Texas case but was not successful.
And court filings do not show any involvement by Brad.

CWRN publicly stated in practically every PR etc that no shares were sold after 2010.

not hearing officially from Brad for over 2 years is not the same as every twist and turn.

And the info now revealed IS noteworthy-

from all we knew Brad wasnt even in Mexico anymore-

penny holders have plenty of experience w these things- holders are not mind readers and it is up to holders to decide what news is noteworthy so they can make decisions.

only dictators determine what news is noteworthy for their unwilling subjects-and the misinformation by the Soviet Union is an important part of what brought the Soviet Union down once people learned the truth.

if iron ore was low why didnt Brad run it thru the separator -mag separator wasnt operational until ca jan 7 or 8,2011-and 1st truck pics were exif dated ca jan 11-only 3 days later
so such could be done in tight timetables.

At least 1 other Mex junior miner can produce ore for 40-45/ton-and with premiums for % and lump there still could be good profit- ore was only 10-14/ton til 2002 and didnt reach these prices til ca 2008.
and with product already mined-all u would have are variable costs like trucking and shipping-which would be much less than the sale price.

why would the ship have to be financed if there was millions of profit from the Ilia shipment to use for that purpose??

So explain why 100/ton price is needed-esp when another junior mex miner can ship for 40-45/ton

We know 100/ton is not likely in near or mid term
