I have a question for the company IR that was slated to be on the site... FWDG has stated that the S1 is being prepped for filing (FB posting today at 1:58pm). Could you please give a realistic time-frame for this to be completed. As you could likely tell, most, if not all, investors are frustrated with the "soon" or "its coming" comments.
There must be some idea of when you expect to submit this document to the SEC. Once submitted, what is the next step once filed?
I see this as the catalyst that will lend credibility to the business plan and bring your investors back.
