The new corporate name is ‘North American Cannabis Holdings, Inc.’
The new ticker symbol is ‘USMJ.’
The name change comes in conjunction with a strategic shift initiated by the Company eighteen months ago to pursue the emerging, legal cannabis market in the United States. Today, the Company’s operational focus is founded on the core belief that cannabis makes people's lives better.
