pretty much confirms what some of us have been saying for a very long time
vehicle of choice for OTC stock manipulation is *littered* with agendas' bought and paid for
most of which *imo* pertained to the cycle of money in play >> b4 the final
KILL order was pushed thru ..
the ironies of course are those co.s whose mgmts *SURVIVED* the crews' attention
and are now very much in the driver's seat ..
as most know .. PPS (price per share) .. can be manipulated >> but at this level
PPS doesn't *impact* TelVue's *future* ..
